Before starting Quick Sports Goods Company, I served as customer service director for a multinational corporation. That experience taught me that international buyers not only expect high quality products but also need a very high level of personal service. Customers want a supplier with whom they can communicate everyday if necessary, receive prompt responses to their inquiries, and see quick assistance when there is an emergency. We strive to build strong relationships with our customers in order to best satisfy their needs.
Many international customers have told me that they need a production partner who understands their basic product concepts and can provide professional ideas and technical feedback on improvements. Therefore, we aim to be very flexible in what we can do for the customer. Instead of being an ordinary OEM supplier with limited capabilities and skills, we consider ourselves to be an ODM supplier (Original Design Manufacturer) who can provide more specialized service than you will find with most of our larger competitors. We know that customers need attractive and highly functioning products.
